I’ve had fitness tracker rings before and this one is honestly the best and most accurate. Also love there is no subscription!
The perfect mix of pretty & practical. I love being able to track everything from my sleep & recovery to my daily activity without having to wear a bulky watch.
What is ALYN Ring?
ALYN is the elegant, subscription-free smart ring that helps you find your baseline. It quietly tracks your sleep, steps, heart rate and recovery while you live your life, then hands you clear, gentle guidance every morning - what's working, what your body's asking for, and when to give yourself a little grace. No harsh scores, no overwhelm — just a big-sister nudge in the right direction.
How the free sizing kit works
- Order your ring with the free sizing kit — the kit ships first.
- Wear your best-fitting sizer for 24 hours — fingers change with warmth and weather.
- Confirm your size in the email we send once your kit arrives — tap the link, choose your size, done.
- Your ALYN Ring ships the moment your size comes through.

Questions Before You Wear?
Quick answers on sizing, features, shipping, and our no-subscription promise.
View All FAQsHow do I know which size to order?
You don't have to guess. If you know your size, choose it at checkout and your ring ships straight away. If you're not sure, choose the free sizing kit: we send it first, you wear the sizer for 24 hours, then confirm your size through the link we email you, and your ring ships the moment you confirm.
What if the ring doesn't fit when it arrives?
The free sizing kit exists to prevent exactly this. If something still isn't right, email us at info@alynring.com within 30 days and we'll sort out an exchange or a return with you. A size exchange is a flat $15, which covers a prepaid return label and free shipping on your new ring. If your ring fits differently from the same size in your sizing kit, the exchange is free.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every insight in the app is included in the price of the ring. Your body data is yours — you shouldn't have to rent access to it.
What does it actually track?
Sleep stages, heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen, steps and daily activity, and stress, plus a cycle calendar with predictions and gentle reminders. It's all explained in plain language every morning, not left as raw numbers.
Will it work with my phone?
Yes — ALYN works with both iOS and Android. The free app is on the App Store and Google Play, and pairing over Bluetooth takes about two minutes.
How does shipping work?
Free shipping Australia wide. If you chose your size at checkout, your ring ships within 2 business days. If you chose the sizing kit, it is sent first and your ring goes out as soon as you confirm your size.
How long does the battery last?
4 to 6 days of typical wear. Give the ring a full hour on the charging case to fill it up, and make sure the charging case itself is charged first. The ring shows a red light while it charges, and the light switches off when it is full.
Where does my health data live?
On your phone. Your wellness data stays on your device rather than being parked in a cloud you can't see into.
How does it feel to wear all day?
It's a slim 2.9g titanium band — lighter than a paperclip, rated IP68 so you can shower and swim in it, and elegant enough to sit with your everyday stack.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 45 reviews.
This ring has been a god sent. I love waking up to seeing my sleep data and reading the briefing. Overall great, highly recommended.
ALYN ring has been so good so far , it does all what I need from steps, cycle, and sleep ! Battery has been great too.
Love the ring. Battery life isn’t the best and find myself charging it regularly but it captures all the data I’m interested in. Only been a week so have a lot more to explore with this Alyn, mainly the workout feature (when I remember to log it on the ring of course)
Store owner replied: Hi Neusa, Thank you so much for the lovely review, and for the photo! The gold looks beautiful on you. You're right about the battery, and it wasn't the ring. A problem in our app was draining it faster than it should. We've fixed it in our latest update (version 1.0.38), which is now in the App Store and Google Play. If your app hasn't updated by itself yet, it's worth doing that now. With the update, a full charge should last around four to six days. That depends a little on your settings and how often you work out. So glad you're enjoying the data, and that you're getting into the workouts too. There's lots more to explore, so enjoy it! If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear from you. Just email us at support@alynring.com. Sheree ALYN
The best and most seamless shopping experience I’ve ever had! The ring is amazing at tracking all the important things and it looks amazing
Absolutely love my ring. It's so comfortable and records data seamlessly. Plus the customer service has been fantastic too!
It was so easy I did find my ring to be slightly bigger than the sizing kit ring. But it’s that little of a difference it didn’t matter I’m so in love with the ring and the data it’s giving already
Great battery life and such a gorgeous design. Goes with every outfit!
Love how the ring matches all my gold jewellery! So happy with how it tracks my sleep and steps so accurately :)
Absolutely love my ring, the data is great and the whole process was easy and the company is wonderful to deal with.
I am loving my Alyn ring - it is helping me know Myself better. I love its sleep functions and that it tracks my naps. 10/10 would recommend
I've been wearing the Alyn Fitness Ring for a while now, and it's genuinely become part of my daily routine. As someone who teaches multiple Pilates classes a day, I love having a better understanding of how my body is actually recovering, not just how I think it's recovering. One of my favourite features is the stress and recovery tracking. It's helped me become so much more intentional with my routine, knowing when to push myself and when my body would benefit more from slowing down, recovering, or prioritising sleep. I also love how lightweight and discreet it is. Unlike a watch, I barely notice I'm wearing it, but I'm still getting all the insights I need: sleep, recovery, readiness, activity, and overall wellness. If you're someone who loves training but also wants to look after your body, I'd definitely recommend it. It's been such a valuable tool in helping me train smarter, recover better, and create healthier habits overall. 🤍
Absolutely love the Alyn ring. I’ve had fitness tracker rings before and this one is honestly the best and most accurate. Also love there is no subscription! 100% would reccomend
My boyfriend bought me this on my birthday and couldn't be any happier :) It tracks my sleep so well.
The ALYN ring has completely exceeded my expectations! It’s the perfect mix of pretty & practical. I love being able to track everything from my sleep & recovery to my daily activity without having to wear a bulky watch. It’s comfortable, easy to use & the insights have helped me become so much more aware of my overall health and wellbeing!
Absolutely love my new Alyn Ring. Good quality product for its price. Glad I got this and saved money on subscriptions. Thats what I always wanted.
Great product! Delivery was so fast. I Love it
Feels Luxury ! And the packaging is great! So excited to put it on finger !
Lighter than I thought it would be! Love the app. Everything is simple to use and understand. It doesn’t bother me while sleeping and I don’t notice it during yoga practice. Is definitely meeting my expectations and more. I’m really enjoying the ALYN ring so far, thank-you ✨
Loving my Alyn ring so far! I love being able to track my steps and sleep and have all that date there so easily in the (very aesthetic btw) app. Its also super comfy. Like I forget I am even wearing it
Been using the ring for the last couple of days, it’s been amazing so far. I can’t wear my Apple Watch at work so it’s been handy to keep track of my stats through the day and I’ve loved the sleep tracking.
Absolutely loving my Alyn Ring! 🤍 I've been wearing it daily and love being able to track my sleep, activity and get a better understanding of what's happening with my body. As someone who's really into health and fitness, I love having all that information right at my fingertips without needing to wear a bulky smartwatch 24/7 😂 It's comfortable, looks gorgeous and has become part of my everyday routine. Definitely one of my favourite little wellness gadgets!
Bought this ring because I hate wearing my watch when I sleep yet wanted to track how night shift impacts on my sleep and recovery. LOVE IT. The sleep tracking is really helping me recover from my night shifts. It’s so comfortable most of the time I forget I’m even wearing it. Love the body clarity briefing, lots of information in a small snapshot.
Obsessed with this beautiful ring! Sheree and Jad have been amazing to deal with! So kind and helpful with any issues or questions I have had! I would absolutely recommend this product to anybody! The app is brilliant too, so informative and easy to use and a beautiful design! The fit of the ring is perfect and it’s so comfortable to wear all day! Fabulous product!
My ring was delayed but i had the best customer service and was updated regularly. Great service and would happily buy again
Have loved everything about this ring since it arrived - comfortable to wear, great battery life, and quick charging. Have received so many compliments on the ring since wearing it. The app is stunning to use, has great information and have found it so insightful and interesting. Am obsessed with the whole experience - has done wonders for motivation and being more in tune with my body (especially as a mum of two little ones who usually lives off caffeine and a prayer). Thank you, Alyn, highly, highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this ring or the lovely company highly enough. I had an initial small problem with the first ring I ordered and they were so helpful, responsive and keen to make the experience lovely for customers. The ring and the app are easy to use and set up and very intuitive. The app is easily as good as my friends Aura app and the best part is there is no ongoing subscription. Definitely amazing for the price! Go get one!
Guys! My ring arrived and I just set it up. I’ve been so surprised at how easy it was. The app was so straightforward and simple. The instructions with the ring were effortlessly, and it looks so pretty! Can’t wait to start building the data.
Very happy with my ALYN ring. I had a few user issues at the beginning but the support I received was great! It collects all the information one would want and is stylish to wear. So pleased I went with this ring over others
Exactly what I wanted!! Tracks sleep so well. ❤️
Best purchase of the year❤️❤️
Selection of different sizes to try before committing for the actual ring made it a really easy and comforting experience.
Great product to ensure sizing is correct before purchasing
The ALYN sizing kit is honestly such a great way to make sure you find your perfect fit before purchasing your ring! 🤍 It takes all the guesswork out of choosing your size and helps avoid the hassle of returns or sizing issues later on. I highly recommend ordering the sizing kit first before purchasing your ALYN ring! ✨💍
Love how it tracks my steps and sleep, I haven’t had my period yet for it to track it so just waiting for that hoping it will be great.
The sizing kit is amazing idea to select the perfect ring size, thank you.
Keeps disconnecting. Not counting steps like it should . Have to keep trying to reconnect it .
Store owner replied: Hi Lisa, Sheree here, so sorry to read that your ALYN ring is disconnecting. There are a number of reasons this could be happening, it's sometimes due to incorrect fit, or from the bluetooth disconnecting. Like other bluetooth devices, they can regularly disconnect from your phone due to loss of connection. It's very similar to a pair of headphones, or a speaker. Good news, the ring keeps tracking once disconnected for up to 3 days, so you shouldn't lose your data. I will be in contact with you directly to discuss this further, and to trouble shoot this some more.
Really enjoying my ring and how it tracks..and looks great
Love it! Especially love that there are no ongoing costs & it tracks the most important metrics. Highly recommend & it looks chic!
I’ve been impressed from the moment I ordered. My order was processed and shipped within hours. The ring sizing kit was so handy, ensured the fit was perfect. The ring itself is looks amazing, I got the gold. I love than I can track my over all health so precisely, the information it captures is so detailed. Also love the fact that there is no subscription fee to pay to view my own data!
