What does it track?
Sleep and sleep stages, heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen during sleep, skin temperature, daily steps and activity, and workouts. Plus a cycle calendar with gentle predictions from the dates you log. The app explains it all in plain language each morning.
How long should I charge the ring?
Charge the charging case first until it is full (about two hours from flat), then give the ring a full hour on it. The ring shows a red light while it charges, and the light switches off when it is done. A full charge lasts 4 to 6 days.
Where can I download the App?
Search for ALYN Ring on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). The app is free, with no subscription and no account to create.
How thick is the ring?
ALYN is a slim band, about 8 mm wide and just 2.9 g. It sits close to the finger and is designed to be worn with your everyday rings.
