Hi, we're Sheree and Jad.
We're Sheree and Jad, the two people behind ALYN. Sheree is a yoga and Pilates instructor and former group-fitness and spin coach who has spent years teaching the connection between body, mind and heart. Jad is an IT professional and developer who lives deep in AI and data. One of us works on the mat, the other in the code — and we both live for feeling strong, well and in tune with our bodies.
ALYN began with a frustrating little feeling: Sheree kept waking up tired. Morning after morning, sure she'd slept enough — yet running on empty. She had always wanted a smart ring to understand why, but every one we found was expensive, locked behind a monthly subscription, and quietly sent your most personal data off to someone else's server — often with sleep and step tracking we didn't even trust.
So we set out to build ALYN, on a simple belief: your body's data should belong to you — not a server — and you shouldn't need a subscription to understand yourself.
